Phoenix Station

In partnership with LDG Development, Phoenix Station is a 244-unit new construction mixed-use family development across from the Kensington MARTA Station. Site amenities include a pool, fitness center, business center, playground, community room, structured parking, and compatible third-party uses (office and commercial). Phoenix at Kensington Station includes one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units.
