Manor at Indian Creek II

In partnership with Prestwick Development Company, HDC assisted in the financing of the project through a 9% Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) transaction and coordinated a public-private partnership in 2017 to have project-based vouchers where HADC is a Co-General Partner and Co-Developer for Manor at Indian Creek II. Construction was completed in October 2018 for the 94-unit senior community, located in Stone Mountain adjacent to the Indian Creek MARTA station. The property was fully leased at the close of 2018.
