Active Adult Communities
The Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has active adult communities specifically designed for independent seniors to age-in-place successfully throughout DeKalb County. We offer our residents healthy and vibrant environments that include resident activities for socialization and wellness, as well as social services to advocate for and assist residents with resource referrals.
