Reserve at Mills Creek

Reserve at Mills Creek is the first phase of the master planned development Village at Mills Creek. This 100-unit, independent living community is designed for seniors age 62 years and older. A mixed-finance redevelopment property, it encompasses 3.7 acres of the 55-acre tract that is the former location of Tobie Grant Manor public housing site. The Reserve at Mills Creek provides the first phase of replacement housing for the seniors that previously resided at the former Tobie Grant Manor public housing site. Tobie Grant Manor. This project was financed with 9% Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) transaction, conventional loan and HADC loan. The project is 99% affordable with Project Based Vouchers, Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD), and LIHTC units. This project was completed in May 2016.
