Village at Mills Creek Community Transformation Forums Will Be Held May 2 and 3, 2017
The Housing Authority of DeKalb County and Housing Development Corporation are preparing a Community Transformation Plan for the neighborhoods surrounding the Village of Mills Creek (former Tobie Grant Manor Apartment Community) and the Spring Chase Apartment Communities. This area encompasses N. Decatur Road from Scottdale to the Memorial Drive corridor east of Georgia Piedmont Technical College. The Community Transformation Plan will focus on improving access to transportation, education, health, and employment services in this area.
Residents of neighborhoods within the defined area are encouraged to attend the community forums for a discussion of these important issues. Your input will inform and help shape fair housing in DeKalb County for years to come!
